I never heard about this company before.
I had couples of unwanted gold jewelries that I want to sell. I started surfing at the internet and find a lot of good feedback about this company, I just follow step by step for what I needed to send it in. Print and send them to FedEx. I was surprise just after two days I view the settlement. The deal was completely different for what I’ve been seeing in the Malls or jewelry store. I don’t expect to get the same amount I paid for it off course.. but the settlement was closed to what I paid for 10 years ago..After I accept the offer, I received my check 3days after.. Can’t believe how pass it goes but the experience of having those honest people that you deal with is Awesome. I really applaud the owner of the company
and good fellow staff. I can assure you that I will spread this good news to friends and families. I thank you and more power to the company.. It was a very good experience..

I have had very good experience with GoldFellow. Some complaints on other web site are from people with wildy unrealistic expectations who do not realize they are not selling bullion.

I also had some jewelery I no longer used and AGAINST my better judgement went to a new location on 17th st in Ft Lauderdale, Fl..I was a bit nervous because we see negative things on TV about pawn shops so that is all I had to go with……

The atmosphere was unbelievably comfortable, the two attendee (girls who took care of my transaction) were so pleasant and made me feel so at ease…. a customer came in and added to my pleasant experience because she was so happy to sell things (silver) she no longer wanted……(she had been there the week before and was obviously pleased so she came back to because she found more things she no longer needed)

THEY ARE AWESOME! I had some gold to sell and was doing my research on the internet on the different companies that bought gold. Gold Fellows seemed to have the least complaint so I decided to send my gold to them just to see what they would offer me. And I was pleasantly surprised that they had offered me as much as they did! I only expected pennies on the dollar since that seems to be most of everyone’s complaint when it comes to these type of companies. I had to look at the amount twice just to make sure that it was correct! The made the whole process so easy!! I sent them my gold on Monday, received their offer via email on Wednesday and they immediately sent the money to my Paypal account but should post by the following Monday. So in all it’s about a week to receive the funds but they notify by email every step of the way. I would highly recommend them and for sure I will be using their service again! Thanks so much GoldFellows!! Yahoo!!!! Now I have money to buy my kids some Christmas presents!!

I first heard of Goldfellow through AARP website. I didn’t use them right away but needed to raise some cash and requested a fedex packagebe sent to me. I figured AARP wouldn’t let a company advertise on their website unless they had met high standards. I was thrilled with the money but more impressed by the company customer service and quick turnaround.

I had a lot of old jewelry that I never even looked at anymore, let alone wore. GoldFellow was the only scrap buyer that disclosed up front what the paid. I sent for their mailing kit and received it in just a couple of days. They foot the bill for the customer to Fed Ex the jewelry. They sent an email as soon as they got it, and just a couple hours later I had another email telling me what they would pay for all that old jewelry. I was really pleasantly surprised! I now await my check in the mail, which will be the final determining factor of what I think of them. But so far, I’m really pleased!
